RULES AND GUIDELINES
- Carry your documents with you at ALL times.
- Punctuality is very necessary and important. If you miss any of the services provided (bus, food, etc), it will come at your own cost.
- You are expected to adhere strictly to the rooms assigned to you and this is not subject to change.
- Loitering around while programs are ongoing will not be tolerated.
- It is necessary to attend ALL programs.
- Do not litter around especially in hostels and halls.
- Every personal agenda will be handled personally. You are advised to adhere strictly with the schedule of the program while you stay in Rostov during the period of the Convention.
- Have your name tags with you at all times as this will grant you access to all the programs.
- If you vandalize or destroy any property, you will be liable to pay for it.
- Remember, we are a family. Fighting and every act of violence at any point in time at all will be dealt with severely.
We are adults and we know the right thing to do, please adhere to the rules and guidelines, be of good conduct and we guarantee you a wonderful time in Rostov.
